2018 年初，來自“澳門節奏民族樂會”的七名成員正式組成 Asura 樂隊。成員包括葉智勇(Lobo Ip)、尹均球(Dave Wan)、張梓彥(Patrick Cheong)、林智商(Iq Lam)、李志濤(Tou Lei)、甘榮開(Peter Kam)和張佳霖(Gallant Cheong)。表演形式是不同組合的合奏或獨奏。
自2018 年起以Asura樂隊名義公開表演後，Asura參與了澳門的“HUSH FULL MUSIC”音樂節、“几”音樂藝術節，以及珠海北山的“北山世界音樂節”等的眾多演出。此外，Asura亦於澳門持續舉辦多場音樂工作坊，同時在網絡上以“Macau World Music Society”的名義積極推動民族音樂(World Music)在社會上的普及與發展。
首張專輯《Asura》於2022年在澳門音樂廠牌4daz-le(科達思)出版，以World Music為主軸的音樂風格下，唱片合共收錄7首作品。包括廣泛使用Handpan、Asalato、Djembe與Didgeridoo等世界各地的民族音樂樂器，藉此提醒聽眾身處電子化與網絡科技高速發展的現今社會之中，亦應尊重和保育社會上的各種傳統技藝，讓它們得以世代傳承下去。

At the beginning of 2018, seven members from the Macau Rhythmical
Ethnic Music Association formed the “Asura” band.
The members include Lobo Ip, Dave Wan, Patrick Cheong, Iq Lam, Tou Lei, Peter Kam and Gallant Cheong. Their form of performance is ensemble or solo in different combinations.
Asura has performed publicly in numerous performances including "HUSH FULL MUSIC" Music Festival and “GATHER” Music and Art Festival in Macau, "Beishan World Music Festival" in Zhuhai since 2018.
In addition, Asura has continued to hold a number of music workshops in Macau, developed the “World Music” style on Internet and the community of Macau.
Asura released the 1st album "Asura" in 4daz-le Records on 2022. Under the music style of World Music, the album contains 7 tracks in World Music Style.
Including the extensive use of ethnic music instruments such as Handpan, Asalato, Djembe and Didgeridoo from all over the world, the album reminds listeners that in today's society with the rapid development of electronic technology and Internet technology, people should also respect and preserve various traditional skills in the society, so that they can be used and passed down from generation to generation.
